The first reason I even bring this up is I saw a post earlier about where nixit actually sides with a single turbo upgrade, and was wondering why hasn't the z community tried this swap more often. It seems for some reason our community is just reaching ideas that other car communities have reached several years ago. i.e. water injection is becoming more popular, the Supra has a NA to Single turbo conversion that you could buy, [ http://suprastore.com/sinturconkit.html ] , the RX-7 community has new tuned rotary engines (through syncros with the rotary itself) that increase the ratio of horespower that actually goes to the transmissions (power to the wheels), and we are just reaching high horsepower numbers with our cars, but why so long? There is brilliant fabrication talent here, i.e. Ash which taking the single turbo upgrade for a NA may become an interesting investment for Z1 motorsports, if done correctly. Another reason I ask this is because I recently purchased a slick-top and wanted to do a single turbo set up. I did email Joel and he stated his was not cost efficient at all, but that statement was strictly from his stand point, which he did all the work himself and had to fab everything, so I too would said it was expensive if I were him.
